submucosos, p\u00f3lipos endometriais, espessamentos endometriais que n\u00e3o podem ser diferenciados no ultrassom transvaginal convencional.<\/div><p>Ele \u00e9 indicado em casos de sangramento uterino anormal, pacientes com infertilidade sem causa aparente, abortos repetitivos, altera\u00e7\u00f5es endometriais diagnosticadas no ultrassom convencional e etc. \u00c9 poss\u00edvel tamb\u00e9m avaliar a permeabilidade tub\u00e1ria, ou seja, permite determinar se as trompas est\u00e3o desobstru\u00eddas ou n\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/p><div>Este exame \u00e9 realizado atrav\u00e9s da infus\u00e3o de soro fisiol\u00f3gico dentro da cavidade uterina, usando uma sonda flex\u00edvel com um bal\u00e3o em sua extremidade, que \u00e9 fixado no canal cervical.
